Todd Trimble has a work experience that spans over several years. Todd started their career as an Intern at Navistar International in 1993, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Indy Lighting as an Intern for a brief period of time. Todd then moved on to Software Engineering Professionals (SEP) in 1997, where they took on the role of Lead Software Engineer and continues to work there without a specified end date.

Todd Trimble attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1997. Todd did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp, focusing on computer software engineering. Prior to their enrollment at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Todd attended Indiana Academy from 1990 to 1992, but did not earn a degree or declare a field of study. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2020 and became an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate through Amazon Web Services in June 2018.
