Ocheja Austin Yunusa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Ocheja started their career as a mud logger at Geoservices Nig Ltd in 1999 and worked there until 2000. Ocheja then joined the Nigerian Mining Corporation in 2001 and worked as a geologist until 2007. In 2008, Mr. Yunusa joined TQISL as a well site geologist, where they supervised mudlogging and formation and hydrocarbon analysis until 2012. Ocheja then joined SEPLAT Petroleum Dev. Company plc as a Senior Operation geologist and was responsible for new well drilling location vetting, well planning, rig sequence, and subsurface characterization. Since 2016, they have been working at Seplat Energy Plc as a Production Geologist, where they have been involved in reservoir geological characterization, field development planning, and well and reservoir field management. Ocheja has also contributed to project documentation and coordinated geological data acquisition programs. Overall, Mr. Yunusa has demonstrated extensive experience and expertise in various facets of geology in the oil and gas industry.
