Michael Scott Kimbrell is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Field Applications Engineer Team Leader for the Americas at Septentrio, where responsibilities include acting as the technical point of contact for customers with GNSS and INS products. Prior roles include Senior Process-Manufacturing Engineer at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, where manufacturing processes for space-qualified FPA products were developed, and Senior Product Support Engineer at Teledyne Controls, providing technical support for flight data acquisition systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Field Applications Engineer at Xsens Technologies BV and as an Applications Engineer at AltaSens. Kimbrell began their career as a Systems Engineer at Physical Optics Corporation and held research positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology and internships at AeroVironment, Amgen, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Kimbrell holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
