Cecilia Manduca

Cecilia Manduca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Seqera since September 2022, Cecilia also holds board member positions at Rubi Laboratories and Monomer Bio, where leadership in seed funding has been a focus. Previously, Cecilia was a Principal at Talis Capital, contributing to the growth of companies like Darktrace and Onfido, and served as an analyst at Ÿnsect, co-leading their Series C funding. Cecilia's background includes significant achievements in business development at GrantTree and Voltaware, as well as co-founding a travel and events business during high school. Cecilia earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and participated in an exchange program at Kasem Bundit University.
