Drew Dipalma

Drew DiPalma currently serves as the VP of Product at Seqera, leading the Product, UX, Education, and Analytics teams to deliver a modern biotech stack, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Drew held multiple positions at MongoDB from November 2016 to April 2023, culminating as Head of Product, where diverse leadership responsibilities were undertaken. Drew's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Microsoft from August 2013 to October 2016 as a Program Manager II, where Drew was instrumental in launching the industry's first fully managed, elastic data warehouse and managing a team to develop migration tools. Earlier roles involved internships at Fortress Investment Group and Garnet Capital Advisors, focusing on performance analysis and asset management. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Pomona College and furthered education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
