Johan Björklund

Johan Björklund is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including fintech, cryptocurrency, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance at SeQura since June 2023, Johan previously held the position of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Quickbit from May 2020 to May 2023, overseeing compliance in a publicly traded crypto company. Prior roles include Chief Compliance Officer and Group Ethics and Compliance Officer at Telia Company, where significant involvement in a major M&A project was recorded, as well as a Compliance Officer at Klarna, focusing on global compliance across multiple markets. Early in the career, Johan gained experience as a Compliance Manager at American Express covering the Nordic region and held various internships and roles, including company ownership. Johan holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Uppsala University and has further academic experience in law from the University of Leeds.
