Daniel Galeano started their work experience as a Software Validation Developer Intern at PMC-Sierra in 2005. In 2008, they worked as a Software Developer Intern at BlackBerry. Daniel then joined BlackBerry full-time in 2009 as a Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects such as Wi-Fi Passpoint solutions, third-party API implementation, and Wi-Fi layer maintenance. In 2014, they joined LockedUp as a Senior Software Engineer, taking on responsibilities such as designing IoT embedded solutions and developing web server applications. In 2016, they transitioned to Cisco as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at Sera4 as the Director of Customer Experience, leveraging automation and analytics solutions to enhance customer experience and product quality.
Daniel Galeano enrolled at United World College - USA in 2001 and graduated in 2003, earning an International Baccalaureate diploma. Daniel then attended Simon Fraser University from 2003 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering. After finishing their undergraduate studies, Daniel pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at McGill University from 2014 to 2016.
