Currently serving as Senior Director, Relationships at Seramount, Kathy has previously held key positions including Director of Strategic Accounts at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company, and Regional Sales Manager at Chiquita. Additionally, Kathy was a Senior Key Account Manager at Cadburys Schweppes PLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from California State University, Northridge.
