Subha Barry is a seasoned leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Seramount since 2015, Subha Barry has played a significant role in advancing DEI initiatives for over 400 corporate brands. Previous engagements include consulting for organizations at GLG - Gerson Lehrman Group, where Barry focused on multicultural asset management and DEI strategy. An accomplished academic, Barry taught graduate courses at Columbia University and held executive roles at Freddie Mac as Chief Diversity Officer and Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, where Barry pioneered efforts in global multicultural business development. Barry's career began in commodities trading and banking, supported by an MBA and Master's from Rice Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
