Magda worked at Seraphine from 2005 to 2021, starting as a Customer Service Representative and moving up to roles such as Retail Store Manager and Wholesale Manager. Their responsibilities included managing key accounts, building strong relationships, developing commercial partnerships, and overseeing stock management. Magda also formulated wholesale strategies, prepared sales presentations, and implemented systems to automate the buying process. Additionally, they received certifications in fitness instruction, including Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer from Active IQ in February 2016.
