Paige Colthart has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Universal Store. Paige then worked as a Sales Assistant at Cue Clothing Co. in 2012-2013. In 2013, they became a Design Intern at Gomez-Gracia, where they gained experience in various aspects of design and production. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Product Development Assistant and later as a Product Development Admin Assistant at Karen Millen, managing the critical path and liaising with suppliers. From 2016 to 2019, Paige worked at Ted Baker as a Production Coordinator and Production Specialist, responsible for managing product areas and supplier bases. And currently, since 2019, they hold roles as a Product Developer, Product Development Manager, and Head of Product Development at Seraphine.

Paige Colthart attended Hillcrest Christian College from 2003 to 2007. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. Later, Paige pursued their higher education at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), from 2009 to 2012. Paige completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion, along with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy. Their field of study encompassed Fashion/Apparel Design and Accountancy.
