Ledelyn Guerra

Ledelyn Guerra has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently working as a Customer Service Ambassador at Serco since January 2021. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative at G4S and Dubai Airports from November 2015 to April 2020, and Customer Sales Representative at Right Goods Philippines, Inc., the official distributor of Procter & Gamble Philippines, from October 2013 to October 2015. Ledelyn's career began as a Marketing Assistant/Cashier at Citichow Food Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Head Cashier while also being a working student. Ledelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Saint Bridget College - Batangas City, obtained in 2013.
