Neil Charlton

Neil Charlton currently serves as a Workshop Facilitator at Serco, where responsibilities include guiding military service members and Veterans through the job search process using Department of Labor curriculum. Prior to this role, Neil held various positions within the City of Tigard, including Police Lieutenant in the Patrol Division, Transit Police Sergeant overseeing interagency team policing, and Detective Sergeant supervising investigations of felony crimes. Neil's law enforcement career began as a School Resource Officer and Police Officer with the Tigard Police Department. Additionally, Neil served in the United States Coast Guard as a Petty Officer First Class, focusing on navigation, law enforcement, and supervision. Neil holds a Master's Certificate in Public Administration from the FBI National Academy and Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix and Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
