Stephen Cotton is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training programs, educational materials, and innovative learning solutions. Currently serving as Instructional Systems Designer III at Serco since November 2021, Stephen has previously held positions at Raytheon Professional Services and Team b. Strategy +, focusing on instructional design. Stephen's background includes significant contributions to Canon Business Process Services, where operational training manuals were created, and a vital role in managing instructional design operations at Clemson University's Center for Workforce Development.
