Jim Idefeldt currently serves as the Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Sergel Group since September 2024 and has been the Owner and co-founder of Preference AB since June 2002. Previously, Jim held the position of Head of B2B Analytics at Telia from April 2020 to July 2024, where a team of 20 was led, and an analytics unit was developed from scratch. At Intrum, from October 2009 to April 2020, Jim progressed through various roles including Group Analytics Lead, Group Scoring Expert, and Senior Group Analyst, focusing on improving collection processes across Europe through predictive modeling. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Pointer Sweden AB and research and teaching at Mid Sweden University. Jim obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in Risk and Decision Analysis, along with an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Mid Sweden University.
