Shaun Venter is a seasoned legal and project management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a B-BBEE Professional and Project Manager at SERR Synergy since May 2022, Shaun previously held the position of Admitted Attorney and Legal Advisor at the Consolidated Employers Organisation from March 2020 to April 2022. Prior roles include Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and Candidate Attorney at MW ATTORNEYS from July 2017 to March 2020, as well as a Candidate Attorney at Bezuidenhouts Incorporated Attorneys between December 2016 and June 2017. Shaun Venter completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of the Free State, following a National Senior Certificate from Welkom-Gimnasium.

Our overall aim is to assist in the development of businesses to operate both legitimately and sustainably and at the same time benefit from South Africa’s unique economic landscape. We consist of a group of professionals that offer a comprehensive range of specialist consulting and professional services. We synergise all legal requirements for businesses to become fully compliant, not only with the elements of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice but also with other legal compliance requirements.
