Kent Jones

Kent Jones is an accomplished procurement and supply chain executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC since June 2020, Kent previously held the same title at Wabtec Corporation from June 2017 to June 2020, and prior to that, worked as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Wabtec, overseeing global sourcing and logistics. Kent's earlier positions include Vice President of International Business Development at Newell Rubbermaid, where significant sales growth and strategic product development were achieved, and Vice President of Sourcing, which involved leading outsourcing initiatives that enhanced return on net assets. Additionally, Kent was Head of Global Procurement at Mettler Toledo, establishing procurement teams and operations in critical markets. Kent holds an MBA from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Wofford College.
