Lynn Carrico

Lynn Carrico has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as an Associate at King & Spalding from 2002 to 2006, specializing in private equity. Lynn then worked as an Associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP from 2006 to 2007, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. In 2007, they joined Time Inc. as an Associate Counsel and later became an Assistant General Counsel, holding these positions until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Lynn served as an Assistant General Counsel at Equifax. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, starting in 2017.

Lynn Carrico holds a JD degree from Emory University School of Law. Lynn also obtained a BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Virginia.
