Currently serving as the Technical Lead for Tools, Reports & Processes at Serverfarm since July 2022, Abel also operates as a Freelance Audio Engineer since August 2017, providing custom music solutions. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Technician at The South Wolds Academy, an Audio Engineer at BLACK COUNTRY RADIO LIMITED, and a Swimming Teacher at Soar Valley Leisure Centre. Abel's background also features management experience as a Pool Manager at Dudley Council and educational support as a Teaching Assistant at King Edwards VI School. Abel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Technology from Birmingham City University, attained in 2017.
