CTO Jake Blough joined Service Express in 2000 as a shipping/receiving clerk before moving into a field engineer role. Over the years he has built his team from one to 30 by working smart, and putting automations and systems in place to ensure Service Express’ service operations far surpass the competition. In 2016 he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
An avid outdoorsman, Jake has successfully completed two 50K Ultra Marathons in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (U.P.).
