Sara Cowdin

Sara Cowdin (Bussa) has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on sales operations and customer success. Sara currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales Operations at Service Express, where they have been since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success & Hardware Solutions at the same company from April 2019. Before joining Service Express, Sara worked at Republic Services Inc. from 2010 to 2012, first as an Operations Associate and then as a Territory Manager/Outside Sales. Sara also has a strong background in customer service, as evidenced by their roles at Republic Services Inc. (f/k/a Allied Waste) from 2001 to 2010, where they held various positions including Customer Service Supervisor and Team Leader & Customer Services Representative. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer relationship management, and achieved notable results in sales and customer retention.

Sara Cowdin (Bussa) obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
