Carol Favor

Carol Favor is a seasoned professional in Learning Management System (LMS) administration with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior LMS Administrator at ServiceLink since March 2023, Carol provides technical support for the Saba/Cornerstone LMS, conducts training sessions, analyzes LMS metrics, and liaises with vendors.
