David Shultis

David Shultis is an experienced operations and security management professional with a diverse background in overseeing security and cleaning services across various sectors. Currently serving as Division Vice President at Service Management Systems since October 2021, David manages operations for accounts that handle cleaning and maintenance in significant establishments nationwide. Prior to this, David held multiple roles at Allied Universal, culminating in the position of Regional Manager, where responsibilities included directing security staff and maintaining client relations for numerous shopping centers. David also served as Senior Director of Security, leading security operations at major malls. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Security Supervisor for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and as a Police Officer with the City of Park City and City of Waukegan, emphasizing crime prevention and community relations. David's formal education includes training from the Illinois State Police Academy and attendance at the College of Lake County.
