Vivian Ngo

Vivian Ngo is a Senior Product Designer at Service NSW since July 2020, with prior experience as a Product Designer at InDebted and a UX Designer Intern at ScalaMed. Vivian's expertise includes user research techniques such as user testing, contextual inquiry, and competitive analysis, as well as design skills that range from creating low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Sketch and InVision. Additionally, Vivian served as a Graphic Designer and Content Creator Intern at BLAQ, where engagement-boosting EDMs were created, while previous roles at Inditex included cashier customer service and team leadership. As the Industrial Design Team Lead for the UNSW Solar Racing Team Sunswift, Vivian focused on redesigning vehicle exteriors and interiors. Vivian holds a Graduate Certificate in UX and Web Design from Torrens University Australia and a degree from UNSW.
