Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Change at Service Stream since January 2015, Max has taken on significant responsibilities in IT governance, assurance, and service management. Key achievements include establishing a comprehensive risk management capability and developing an IT M&A Playbook following Service Stream's TechSafe acquisition. Prior to Service Stream, Max held roles at UXC Consulting, managing transformative IT service projects and earning recognition for delivering excellence. With earlier experience at KPMG Australia and IBM, coupled with a Master’s degree in Business Technology from Monash University, Max Wang has consistently driven continual improvements and operational effectiveness in various organizations.
