Amithkumar MC is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in customer workflows and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Customer Workflows at ServiceNow since July 2020, Amithkumar previously held multiple leadership roles at SAP, including Director of Engineering for SAP Service Cloud and Manager & Product Owner for SAP Customer Engagement and Commerce. With a foundation in software development as a Cloud Product Developer and Principal Software Developer for various SAP projects, Amithkumar's career began as a Software Engineer at Xansa India Pvt Ltd. Amithkumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, which was completed in 2005.
