Charu Dhuvur

Charu Dhuvur is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in technology and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Senior Director of Generative AI Experiences Product Management at ServiceNow since July 2020, Charu leads the Generative AI Engine team, enhancing the platform's capabilities. Prior to this role, Charu held multiple leadership positions at Workday, including Senior Director and Director of Platform Product Management, successfully managing the launch of Workday Cloud Platform and overseeing extensive product strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Research In Motion, where Charu developed a five-year product vision, and IBM, where Charu contributed as a Staff Software Engineer and filed multiple patents. Charu holds an MBA in Marketing and Design from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rutgers University.
