Mats Carlsson

Mats Carlsson has over 17 years of experience in sales leadership roles across technology and software sectors. Currently serving as Director Solution Sales Nordics for ServiceNow since March 2017, Mats focuses on enhancing customer experiences through AI-driven automation and process management. Prior experience includes roles as Client Director and Enterprise Account Executive at AppDynamics, where Mats was the first sales representative in Sweden, and Country Manager at Good Technology for the Nordics. Mats has also held positions at Cisco Systems, including Territory Business Manager and Collaboration Sales Specialist, and worked as Partner Account Manager at Tele2.
