Paul Hardy is an experienced executive with a robust background in innovation and technology management. At ServiceNow from October 2017 to June 2024, Paul held multiple roles including EMEA Innovation Officer, Field Innovation Officer, and Evangelist in the Chief Innovation Office. Currently serving as an Advisory Non-Executive at TSP GROUP LTD since December 2015, Paul previously spent over 15 years at Informa, culminating in the position of Global ESM Director. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation, and Digital Transformation from thePower, and an HND in Computer Science from Brighton MET.
