Prakaash Selvaraj

Prakaash Selvaraj currently serves as the Head of Platform Product Experiences at ServiceNow since April 2021. Prior to this role, Prakaash held multiple leadership positions at Cisco from July 2007 to April 2021, including Senior Director of User Experience & Design, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy and user experience for Cisco’s $3B Collaboration portfolio. During the tenure at Cisco, Prakaash initiated a UX team focused on industrial design and user experience for a wide range of communication devices and successfully improved the product development cycle. Earlier experience includes roles at Lexmark International as a Senior Usability Engineer, and GE Global eXchange Services as a UE Co-op. Prakaash holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Madras.
