Rajini Hinduja is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at ServiceNow since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing strategic business vision and managing the product backlog for the talent acquisition product line. Prior to this role, Rajini held various positions in the talent acquisition space, including Talent Acquisition Manager at Skience, focusing on FinTech recruitment, and Senior Recruiter at SAP, where full-life cycle recruiting was conducted for multiple service teams.
