Rich Reybok

Rich Reybok serves as the Vice President Of Software Engineering at ServiceNow since June 2016, overseeing the Core Application Engineering program, which includes Security Operations Products, Servicegraph, Seismic User Experience Center of Excellence, and Enterprise Store, with a focus on customer satisfaction and enterprise digital transformation. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of CTO at BrightPoint Security from February 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Threat Intelligence Platform. Rich’s earlier experience includes various senior roles at Asurion, enhancing mobile research and development, security operations, and infrastructure management, as well as serving as Director of Private Client Technology Operations at Merrill Lynch. Rich founded Redzone Security Systems, aiming to simplify security technology management, and previously held roles focused on security architecture at Merrill Lynch. Rich holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida State University.
