Currently serving as General Manager and Vice President at ServiceNow since June 2020, Rohit has held previous significant roles including Global Head of Communications and Media Industry Solutions at Salesforce and various senior positions at Amdocs and Oracle. Rohit's expertise encompasses product management, go-to-market strategies, and customer success in digital identity and marketing cloud solutions. With a foundational background in software development and project consultancy from Lucent Technologies and Comverse Network Systems, Rohit holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's in Production Engineering from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering.
