Currently serving as Vice President of Services at ServiceRocket since April 2015, Adam leads global teams in consulting, training, support, and customer success for both ServiceRocket and Atlassian products. Previously, Adam held significant roles at salesforce.com as Director of Competitive Intelligence and Product Marketing, at Oracle as Director of Product Management, and at BlueRoads as Director of Services, among others. Adam's educational background includes a Master's degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computational Science from Stanford University.
