Prior experience includes roles such as Technical Support Manager at PicsArt Inc. and Senior Technical Support Specialist at TeamViewer Armenia, showcasing a trajectory of increasing responsibility in technical support and customer service. Eduard began a career in technical support at Ucom LLC and served as a NOC Engineer at iCON communications. Eduard holds a Master’s Degree in IT and Linguistics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, both from Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov.
