Hayk Muradyan is a professional with extensive experience in customer support, project management, and recruitment solutions. Currently serving as a Pro Specialist in Success at ServiceTitan Armenia since December 2022, Hayk focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention for Pro Products. Prior roles at ServiceTitan included Customer Support Advocate positions, contributing to a leading cloud-based software platform for home services businesses. As Co-Founder of CVfied Recruitment Solutions, Hayk plays a key role in streamlining recruitment processes. Additionally, as Project Director at Simply Charming Studio, oversight of multiple departments is managed, while previous experience as Sales and Marketing Lead at CADMaster involved promoting 3D modeling services in the jewelry industry. Hayk holds a PhD in International Economic Relations, along with a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yerevan State University.
