Hrayr Hovakimyan currently serves as a Senior Specialist in CS Technical Solutions at ServiceTitan Armenia since June 2021, following a progression through various roles within the company, including Advocate I and II. Prior to ServiceTitan, Hrayr worked at Ucom from August 2016 to March 2021 as a Senior Sales and Service Specialist. Earlier experience includes a position as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the Analytical Centre on Globalisation and Regional Cooperation. Hrayr holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the American University of Armenia (2017-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yerevan State University (2010-2016).
