Lisa Madokoro

Lisa Madokoro is an accomplished professional in talent management and people research, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at ServiceTitan since November 2023. Previously, as Director of People Research and Analytics at Wealthsimple, Lisa established the People Research & Analytics function, focusing on organizational health metrics and employee engagement. Lisa's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Shopify, where responsibilities encompassed building research teams and enhancing employee programs, as well as managing product direction at TWG and serving in project management capacities at ecentricarts, Torstar Digital, and Dominion Voting Systems. Lisa holds a BA (Hons.) in English from Western University and a MA in English from York University.
