Bryce Gibson

Bryce Gibson is an experienced executive in customer experience and operational leadership. Currently serving as SVP/Chief Operating Officer and SVP/Global Leader for CX Solutions at TTEC Digital since March 2023, Bryce previously held the position of COO for CX Engage at Avtex Solutions, LLC from January 2015 to April 2024. Earlier roles include Chief Business Officer and Sr. Vice President of Client Services at Kroll Ontrack, where strategic initiatives for electronic evidence and data recovery were driven. Bryce's career began with project management at Avtex, followed by management of customer engagements at IDeaS. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and advanced executive education from Cornell University and the Carlson Executive Education at the University of Minnesota.
