Joe is currently the VP, SI Sales - Americas at Servion Global Solutions, where they are responsible for driving CX solution sales and business development in key accounts and global partnerships. Before joining Servion in 2021, Joe worked at TTEC as Executive Director of Business Development, where they drove sales of contact center application solutions. Prior to that, they were Principal and Sales Engineering at TTEC, supporting the business development team throughout the sales cycle. Joe also has experience at Cameo Solutions as an Enterprise Contact Center Specialist, and at DPSciences as a Unified Communications Sales Consultant and Enterprise Account Executive. Joe has a proven track record of identifying new customers, designing custom solutions, and closing complex deals.
Joe Klosterman attended the University of Cincinnati from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Processing Systems (IPS). During the same period, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
