Lori Reeves

Lori Reeves, MBA, has a comprehensive background in IT product management and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of IT Product Management at SERVPRO since February 2015. Prior roles at SERVPRO include Senior Manager of Product Support, IT Product Support Manager, and Senior IT Business Analyst. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Lori worked as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Value Payment Systems, LLC, and provided web content, usability, and strategy services as a contractor for Dahl Consulting with Medica. Lori's experience also encompasses a managerial role in web strategy, content, and user experience at Medica, and a decade at MTV Networks as a Senior/Managing Producer for CMT.com. Lori’s early career included roles in event coordination and publicity for the T.J. Martell Foundation and Myers Media. Lori holds an MBA in Business Administration from Belmont University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Management from Western Illinois University, along with an Associate's degree from Southwestern Illinois College.
