Autumn Gill Ward serves as the Employee Benefits Product Manager at SET SEG since May 2023. Prior to this role, Autumn held the position of Director of Member Benefits at the Michigan Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association from August 2018 to April 2023, overseeing the Group Insurance Program, daily operations, service staff supervision, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiations. Earlier experience includes working as a Compliance Officer at 44North from October 2011 to November 2017, focusing on healthcare reform regulations and their implications across various client types. Autumn holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University (1999-2002).

SET SEG
SET SEG is a non-profit company that was created in 1971 to offer schools comprehensive and affordable employee benefit solutions for Michigan public schools and their employees. Since its creation, the needs of Michigan's public education community continued to change and SET SEG grew into an organization offering a spectrum of insurance services including not only employee benefits, but property/casualty and workers' compensation as well. Today, SET SEG continues to expand and find innovative ways to meet the specialized needs of its members. This, coupled with a superior member experience, is why SET SEG has maintained its position as an industry leader in the school insurance market.
