Yves SENECHAL is an experienced project manager and engineer with a career spanning over two decades in civil engineering and hydrology. Currently serving as Directeur de projet at setec tpi since September 2023, Yves is responsible for the operational management of the integrated project management for the Grand Paris Express. Previously, as Ingénieur en chef, Yves led operations and assisted with project management for the Canal Seine Nord Europe. Additional roles include Ingénieur principal, overseeing civil engineering infrastructure, and teaching hydraulics at ESTP Paris from 2008 to 2023. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at setec hydratec, focusing on the supervision of civil works and hydraulic project design. Yves holds an engineering degree from ESTP and a specialized master's degree in Water Supply and Sanitation from the Ecole nationale du Génie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement de Strasbourg.
