Armine Saroian, MBA, PHR has a diverse range of experience in human resources and operations management. Armine has served as the Human Resources Director at the SETI Institute since 2013. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Toshiba America and as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at SupportSpace, Ltd. Armine also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at the Children's Council of San Francisco. In addition to their HR roles, Armine has worked in college recruiting at Oracle, provided consulting services at S&M Engineering, and held leadership positions at Credit Suisse and Newmark Knight Frank. Armine also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Accuray and as the Manager of HR/Company Administration at Sunesis Pharmaceuticals. Throughout their career, Armine has demonstrated their expertise in HR policies and programs, employee benefits and leaves of absence administration, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
Armine Saroian, MBA, PHR, completed their MBA degree in Management from the University of Phoenix between 1993 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Ealing Technical College in London, UK, where they completed Ordinary and Advanced Level courses in Business, Economics, and Math. Additionally, they completed 90 credit hours in Business Administration at the University of Maryland.
