Ksenia Rubinova

Ksenia Rubinova currently serves as HR Manager at Setplex and holds the title of HRM at both Setplex and BLD Soft since March 2018. Setplex is a provider of an end-to-end video streaming platform that facilitates broadcasters, content owners, and operators in creating advanced IPTV/OTT solutions. Prior to these roles, Ksenia worked as HR Manager at BelPrime from January 2017 to March 2018. Ksenia Rubinova holds a degree in State Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus and completed additional education at the Международная бизнес-школа LABA in 2022.
