Lena Hente holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sozial- und Organisationspädagogik from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, having completed the Master's degree in 2015 and the Bachelor's degree in 2011.
