Rainer Schmitz

Rainer Schmitz is an accomplished professional in customer experience and consulting, currently serving as VP Global Customer Experience at Seven Senders since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rainer spent over 14 years at 4flow, holding various positions including Vice President & Head of Consulting APAC, Vice President, Principal, Manager, and Consultant. Rainer's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Network Planner at DHL Automotive from January 2005 to March 2008. Rainer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Münster, completed in 2004.
