Natalie M. serves as the Director of People & Culture at SEVENROOMS, where responsibilities include overseeing the Talent Experience Team and acting as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. Since joining SEVENROOMS in June 2019, Natalie has contributed significantly to employee engagement and talent development initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Manager and Manager in Talent Acquisition, Natalie's recruitment efforts facilitated the hiring of over 50 new employees within the first six months. Before SEVENROOMS, Natalie gained experience at Kustomer and the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs, holding various roles in talent acquisition and program management. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Theology from Georgetown University.
