Kristinn Mason

Kristinn Mason currently serves as the Chief Economist at Severn Trent since January 2018, bringing extensive experience in economic research and policy development. Prior to this role, Kristinn was the Head of Sector Economics at the Regulation & Supervision Bureau from September 2005 to December 2017, focusing on strategic planning and management. Earlier positions include Senior Economist at the Office of Rail Regulation, Economist at Ofgem, and Assistant Economist at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions. Kristinn holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Greenwich.
