Ilya Kokukhin has an extensive background in various industries, starting off in the finance sector with a degree in Accounting and Finance. With experience at KPMG as an Audit Senior, Ilya transitioned into roles in management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group before making a move to the steel industry. Currently, Ilya serves as a Director Operational Excellence at EVRAZ in the Coal division, while also holding a Senior manager position at Severstal in Production & Technology.
